She was predeceased by: her parents, James O. Berry and Muriel Berry; her husband Jack W. Usher; her daughter Tracy Dickerson; her brother Norman Berry; and her sister-in-law Ruth Berry.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Cowan Chester (Dan); and her grandchildren, Jack Cowan, Kellie Vaughn, David Blum and Crystal Talbot.
Memorials contributions can be made in Carol's memory to American Cancer Society or Shriner's Hospital for Children and memorials are being accepted at the Pechacek Funeral.
