He was predeceased by: his father Marion Milner; and his siblings, Lori "Liz" Ceresa and Jimmy Milner. He is survived by: his mother Ann "Bootsie" Milner (Kotecki); his children, Molly Milner (Jason Haskell) of Peru and Zachary Milner (Brooke) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Evan Haskell, Landon King, Layla Haskell, Sydney Milner, Rex Haskell and Blake Milner; and his siblings, Rhonda Strack (Rod) and Al Milner (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois.
