He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Putnam and Dolores Putnam (Jordan); and his brother William. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Johnson (Ben) and Steven Putnam (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Zachary, Lillian and Evelyn; his brothers, Brett Putnam (Susan) and Bart Putnam (Julie); his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Jonathan, Sara, Pammi, Hannah, Richie, Thaddeus and Punkis Aeris; and his friend Dan Pitney.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to be determined at a later date.
