He is survived by: his wife Sally Kopp; his daughter Pamela Henderson (James); his grandchildren, Julia Burkitt (Noah), James Henderson (Alyssa Whaley) and Sarah Henderson (Chase Cooper); and his sisters, Patricia Nacyk (Casey) and Carrol Bailey (Richard).
