She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" John Carlson; her children, Theresa "Tracy" Wagaman (Matt) and Matthew "Matt" Carlson; her grandchildren, Owen Wagaman, Sarah Carlson and Ella Carlson; her siblings, W. Walter Boothe, James W. Boothe (Karen), Patricia "Teda" Riggins (Dave), Rose Johnson (Charles Dale) and Michael Boothe (Mary); her nephews, Shannon C. Boothe and Steve Carlson; and her niece Sandy Fehlhaber. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
