With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kaelyn Marie Hathaway of Cherry Valley, Illinois, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on June 12, 2021 at the age of 26. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Don Streit, Tuffy Gorham, Hap and Marge Hathaway; her uncles, Jim Gorham and Gary Lamping; her aunt Carolyn Hathaway; and her pet Jethro.
She is survived by: her parents, Bill Hathaway and Cindy Hathaway; her brother Tyler Hathaway (Sam); her grandmothers, Darlene Streit and Geri Gorham; her aunts, Judy Lamping, Cindy Gorham, Karen Morris (Bob) and Barbara Leenstra (Ken); her uncle Woody Hathaway; and her pets, Phoebe, Ellie, Otis and Maddie. She is also survived by numerous cousins, family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kaelyn's honor may be made in care of the family to establish at a later date.
