He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Franklin and Agnes Ann Murray (Hoffmaster); his children, Judy E. Shirk and Hershel Jones; his parents-in-law, Harry Pack and Myrtle Pack; his siblings, Cecelia Schaffer, Genevieve Cartwright and Paul Murray; and also Robert "Kibby" McKibben.
He is survived by: his wife Lou; his children, Rosanne Bonlander (Jason) and Missie Pierson (Eric); his children-in-law, Melissa Jones and Trevor Shirk; his grandchildren, Christopher Pierson (Jenn), Rachel LeGros (Corey), Andrea Pierson, Amber Pekarsky (Sean), Shaleena Skarka, Kayla McKinney, Codie Jones, Zack Jones (Rachel), Channie Johnson (Korbin), Emma Kamholz, Bobby Peddycord, Brianna Peddycord, Claudia Norris (Jersey), Billy Peddycord, Liam Lange and Landon Lange; his siblings, Arthur Murray (Naomi), Peter Murray (Mary), Althea "Pat" Brady (Myron) and James "Jim" Murray; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Cartwright and Connie Murray. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
