He is survived by: his sister Julie Main (Jeff); his children, Caleb Spate, Carley Rapp (Chris), Jacie Spate (Kevin Essig) and Jamie Stefanski (Jack); his grandchildren, Bentley Spate, Emmett Rapp, Taytum Rapp and Baby Stefanski; his nephew Adam Main; his niece Lindsay Olson (Tyler); and his pet Ruby.
