He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Hoffman and Lucille Hoffman (Mechling); and his sisters, Shirley and Marilyn. He is survived by: his wife Jan; his sons, Mark and Timothy; and his sister-in-law Jean Fadden (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
