We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2022, at the age of 96, Earl Lungstrom of Cherry Valley, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Lungstrom and Lottie Lungstrom (Bump); his children, Thomas Lungstrom and Terry Waters; his granddaughter Maureen Lungstrom; his siblings, Edna Morris, Alvin Lungstrom, Gerald Lungstrom and Merrill Lungstrom; and his foster brothers, Ellsworth Nace and LeRoy Boardman (Irene).
He is survived by: his wife Lois Warnes; his children, Deborah Klinefelter (Gary) and Russell Lungstrom (Mary Sue); his daughter-in-law Nancy Lungstrom; his siblings, Evelyn Sanford, Melvin Lungstrom (JoAnn) and Geraldine Detra; and his grandchildren, Shane Fitch (Michelle), Amy Gardner (Billy), Jeremy Klinefelter (Carrie), Jennifer Bentley (Chad), Mindy Lucchesi (Corey), Mark Lungstrom (Jennifer), Mitchell Lungstrom, Jessica Lungstrom (Jon Lowery) and Dan Lungstrom.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. James Catholic Church for the bell restoration or masses.
