He is survived by: his friend Pat; his wife Rita (Murray); his daughters, Amy Maggio (Pat), Karen Stout (Corey) and Kendra England (Craig); his grandchildren, Morgann (Randy), Joseph (Samara), Grant (Rebekah), Mitchell, Carson, Katelyn and Evan; his great grandchildren, William, Everett and Colt; his siblings, Phyllis, Betty (Rich), Carl and Jim (Susan); and his caregiver Lindsay. He is also survived by in-laws; and nieces and nephews.
