She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell S. Dunham and Vernice Harkrider Dunham; her husband Walter Dwayne Dempsey; her siblings, Lillian Yergler, Gayle Bayleat and John "Sonny" Dunham; and her son-in-law Shawn Provines.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Dempsey of Gridley, Dawn Provines of Secor, Dick Dempsey (Rita) of Cape Coral, FL, Daniel Dempsey (Rochelle) of Lemoore, CA, Dirk Dempsey (Amy) of Chenoa and David Dempsey of Chenoa; and her siblings, Ruth Martin of Pontiac and S. Dell Dunham of Maple Park, IL. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
