Randy Howard Skaggs Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2023, at the age of 69, Randy Howard Skaggs of Chenoa, Illinois, born in Pontiac, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Howard Skaggs and Ethel Margie Jones of Chenoa; and his siblings, Sharon Wheeler (Art) of Fairborn, Ohio and Kenny Davis of Venice, Florida.. He is survived by: his wife Jenifer Utterback; his children, Allen Skaggs (Robyn) of Bloomington and Onyx Charron of Washburn; his grandsons, Andrew Skaggs of Chenoa and Connor Skaggs of Washington; and his sisters, Louanne Louze (late Earl) of Wausau, Vicky Roach (Dale) of Chenoa and Jerry Ann Robinson (Kenneth) of Bentonville, Arkansas. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and "honorary" grandkids.
