She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mattingly and Mildred Schmidt Mattingly. She is survived by: her husband William K. Flottmann; her children, Rhonda Flottmann (Nora Bardi) of Bloomington, Rodney Flottmann (Cindy) of Champaign and Renee Flottmann (Bonnie Walsh) of Nashua, NH.; her grandchildren, Matthew Flottmann and Cassandra Dolan (Pat); and her brother Francis Mattingly of Newton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Meadows Mennonite Retirement Community, Chenoa.
