He is survived by: his parents, Floyd Grogg and Chloe Grogg; his children, Cynthia Johnston (John) of Olathe, KS, Bradley Grogg of Colorado Springs, CO, Jenifer Allen of Bloomington, IL and Angela Yowell (Mike) of Riverton, WY; his grandchildren, Spenser Yowell, Jordan Yowell, Evan Allen, Mitchell Allen, Sam Johnston and Delaney Johnston; and his spouse Barbara Jenkins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shiners Children's Hospital.
