He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Franklin and Frances Franklin (Healy); his brother David Franklin; and his pet Brownie. He is survived by: his children, Paul Franklin of Groveport, OH, Jean Franklin (Derrick Mosher) of Normal, IL and Jon Franklin (Diana) of Hawthorn Woods, IL; his brother Mark Franklin (Samantha) of Union, WA; his granddaughters, Annemarie Franklin and Emma Franklin; and his great grandchild Coralee Foltz.
