He was predeceased by: his father Robert Golliday. He is survived by: his mother Emma Kay Ward Golliday; his wife Brenda Prakel; his daughters, Monica Baker (Mikey) and Charesa Aklin (Jared); and his siblings, Rick Golliday (Deb), John Henline (Gina), Dawn Sharp, Donnie Miller, Doug Oliver (Tammy) and Charmin Todd. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be given to the David "Buck" Golliday family.
