He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Raby and Ada L. Raby (Burke); and his siblings, Shirley English and Ron Wills. He is survived by: his wife Angel Kelley; his children, R. Cole Raby of Chenoa and Meagan Rene'Raby of Chenoa; his brother Chuck Raby (Christy) of Chenoa; his nieces and nephews, Darren Raby (Alexis) of Danvers, Doug Hinshaw (Carolyn) of Gibson City, Julie Copeland of Benton, KY, Kellie Jo Harrell (Jeff) of Calvert City, KY and Barbie Ellison (Norm) of Hudson, IL; and his brother Robert.
