Haberkorn of Chatsworth, Illinois, born in Essex, Illinois, who passed away on October 10, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Haberkorn and Estella Haberkorn (Reising); his son Matthew Haberkorn; his siblings, Teresa Stark, Thomas Haberkorn, Margaret Ruebling, Roberta Jane Shumaker and Ronald Haberkorn; and his brother-in-law James Knoll.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie Knoll; his son Scott Haberkorn (Mike Cathey) of Chicago, IL; his siblings, Barbara Gray of Herscher, IL, Mary Gillespie of New Braunfels, TX, Catherine "Bunny" Bailey of Ashkum, IL, Michael Haberkorn (Carol) of Cullom, IL and Rita Winge of Wichita Falls, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Haberkorn of Cullom, IL, Connie Haberkorn of Kempton, IL, Charles Stark of Pontiac, IL and Mary Ann Knoll of Pontiac. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
