He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Moore and Ruth Stroup Moore; and his sister Phyllis Karcher (Skip). He is survived by: his wife Linda Allen of Cullom; his children, Leanne Moore Tampa and Steve Moore Chatsworth (Tammy); his stepson Gene Sorey (Robin); his brother Jack (Shirley); his grandchildren, Dani Moore Australia (Danielle), Shawn Moore Chenoa (Shana), Brad Moore Chatsworth, Linda Turner Chenoa (Frank), Jesse Moore Waverly and Sam Moore Chatsworth; and his stepgrandchildren, Gavin Sorey San Diego and Garin Sorey Rice (Katie). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be directed to the United Methodist Church or OSF Hospice.
