He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlo Diller and Norma Diller (Biederman); his wife Mildred "Millie" Katherine Fox; and his son-in-law Dan Cavanagh. He is survived by: his children, James Earl "Jed" Diller (Kelly) of Chatsworth, IL, Timothy Fox Diller of Chatsworth, IL, Katie Cavanagh of Chatsworth, IL and David Diller (Kay) of Chatsworth, IL. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Chatsworth United Methodist Church or the Walter Clemons American Legion Post 613.
