He was predeceased by: his siblings, Elmer, William, Reuben, Ezra, Elizabeth and Leota.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Leonard; his sons, Dennis (Debbie) of Thawville and Scott (Kathleen) of Lake Forest; his grandchildren, Renee, Kristen, Matthew, Annie Charlie and Tommie; and his sisters, Rose, Anne and Lois. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous other relatives.
