He was predeceased by: his parents, John Taylor and Pinkie Taylor; and his son Excell Peoples III. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Trowbridge); his children, Dawnna Strassenburg (Kyle), Crysta Stork (James), Cristie Taylor, Ravan Taylor, Donnell Peoples Sr. (Beverly), Robert Peoples and Joshwa Crick; his close friend Jim Banks; and his friend Kody. He is also survived by Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Dave's name may be made to Vermillion Valley Bank in Chatsworth and Piper City, IL.
