She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Eve Smith (Phillips); and her siblings, Sandy Cieszinski, Sue Gassert, Sheri Zellner, Steven Smith and Jack Winn.
She is survived by: her husband Edward "Ed" J. Noel; her children, Cassie Carter (Jeremy Woodyard) of Chatham, Jonathan Ferguson (Amanda) of Springfield, Ellie Miller (Derek) of Pawnee, Andy Noel of Springfield, Jake Noel (Maggie) of Springfield and Bradi Noel of Springfield; her grandchildren, Alex Carter, Tyler Ferguson, Jaidyn Sampson, Madi Nava, Bradin Allen, Clara and Caroline Noel; her siblings, Sally Myers (David) of Sevierville, TN, Stacey Watts (Terry) of Manassas, VA and Thomas Winn II (Donna) of Rock Hill, SC; and her uncle Jack McCormick. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
