She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence L. Lloyd and Elizabeth Lloyd (Quick); her husband Dr. Thomas Lee "Tom" Goins; her siblings, Barbara White, Debbie Walker, Mike and Jerry Lloyd; and her son-in-law John Schreiber.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie McPherson (Jon) and Kathy Schreiber; her grandchildren, Lee Schreiber (Erin), Hallie Lee (Kevin), Laurie McPherson (Noah Hafer) and Sean McPherson; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Vivian, Duke Schreiber, Johnathan, Jeffrey, Austin Lee, Mac and Hunter Hafer; and her sisters, Sharon Anderson (Don) and Diane Sickle.
