He is survived by: his mother Betty Pickett (Claudy); his daughters, Cheyanne and Olivia Hentzien; the mother of his children Shelly Hentzien of Morrisonville; his siblings, Donnie Hentzien, Vicki Casados (Robert) and Tim Lewellen (Shannon); his stepsiblings, Marty (Thea), Jim Pickett, Pam Daugherty (Scott), Tracy (Leslie), Mick Pickett (Teresa) and Vicki Beam (Dave) of Iowa; and his godson Derek Davidson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
