It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles H. Sharp of Chatham, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Sharp and Ethel Fox Sharp; and his brothers, Eddie Joe and Lonnie Edward. He is survived by: his nephew Christopher Ahrendt; his wife Jessica Gilreath; his children, Stephanie Bartlett (Steven) and Jason Sharp; his granddaughters, Olivia and Mallory Bartlett; and his siblings, Ethel Ahrendt (Glenn), Patricia Ann Halek (Fred) and Russell Dean Sharp. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
