He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Crowder and Hazel Crowder (Green). He is survived by: his wife Vicki Ann Jones; his children, Joshua (Sarah), Kelly (Kevin), Moran, Jason Crowder (Jill) and Kathryn Partlow (Aaron); and his siblings, Margaret Ann Swiney (Robert "Bud") and Gary Crowder (Diane).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Barkley Funeral Chapel (300 N Kentucky St, Greenup, IL 62428). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In memory of Walt, who was a veteran with a love for dogs, the family has selected a military service dog philanthropy for memorials: Freedom Paws Service Dogs Foundation.
