We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2024, at the age of 77, Steve Shrader of Charleston, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Evelyn Shrader (Anderson); his daughter Lori A. Oakley; his father Paul Shrader; and his brother Jim Shrader. He is survived by: his wife Juanetia E. Shrader; his son Rob Shrader (Jen) of Westfield, Illinois; his son-in-law Kevin Oakley of Charleston, Illinois; his grandchildren, Ben Oakley (Katy), Emilie Oakley (Ben Thorton), Addison Shrader and Rylee Shrader; his great grandchildren, Beck and Briggs Oakley; his brother David Shrader (Shelly); and his sister-in-law Judy Biggs.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Adams Funeral Chapel (2330 Shawnee Dr, Charleston, IL 61920). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to Coles County Farm Bureau Scholarship Foundation in the name of Lori Oakley, 719 W. Lincoln Ave., Charleston, IL 61920.
