She was predeceased by: her parents, John King and Elizabeth King (Vaughn); her husband Larry Duckworth; and her siblings, Kay Alexander and John R. King.
She is survived by: her son Kerry; her daughter-in-law Lisa Duckworth of Bunker Hill; her daughter Lori; her son-in-law Cary Gill of Bunker Hill; her grandchildren, Kari (Steve Yochum), Clayton (Ashley Gill), Kody (Malissa Duckworth), Allie (John Thyer), Kory (Hannah Duckworth), Kevin Gill and Kate (Dan Beamish); her great grandchildren, Madison, Parker Gill, Jack, Vivien Wilcox, Elliana, Lyla, Asher, Lively, Honor Duckworth, Wyatt, Gunnar Gill, Betty Jane, Margot Thyer, Mackenzie Kay, Abigail Yochum, Lachlan and Liam Beamish; her sister Nina Smitley of Charleston; and her friends, Kim, Dan Duckworth and Carrie Darr Farrell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice and will be accepted at the funeral home.
