He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral Cougill and Emaline Cougill (Vaughn); and his sister Susan Cougill. He is survived by: his wife Sallie A. Cougill of Charleston; his sons, Andrew A. Cougill (Elizabeth) of Charleston and Christopher M. Cougill (Ann) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Hailey of Charleston, Scout of Charleston, Audie of Charleston and Charles Cougill of Charleston; and his sister Sarah Cougill of Charleston.
