He is survived by: his children, Elisabeth Rice of Bolingbrook, IL, Tim Rice (Desiree) of Charleston, IL, Aaron Rice of Bolingbrook, IL, Cali Rice of Charleston, IL and Geoffery Rice of Milford, IN; his grandchildren, Alexander, Macenzie, Ezra, Gwendolyn, Andre and Ameerah Rice; and his siblings, Beverly Harshbarger (Bob) of Williamsburg, VA, Randy Rice (Becky) of Charleston, IL and Barb Carr (Doug) of Greenup, IL..
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the New Hope Worship Center (2175 E Harrison Ave, Charleston, IL 61920).
