He was predeceased by: his parents, William George and Lucille Seeley (Drumn); and his siblings, Catherine Dennis, Frances Morgan and Charles Seeley.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Swinford; and his children, Teresa Lee (Bruce) of Charleston, William "Bill" Seeley and Don Seeley of Charleston.
