He is survived by: his parent Ersa Marie Tipsword (Tomberlin); his spouse Winifred Carpenter (Winnie); his children, Bonnie Tipsword of Charleston, Robert R. Tipsword and Vicki Tipsword of St. Petersburg, Florida; his grandchildren, Krista Pickering (Dave) of Mattoon, Robert Trotter (Stephanie) of Belleville, Scott Tipsword (Cori) of Glendale Heights, Amy Tipsword Carson (Jimmy) of Westfield, Cari Tipsword and Tari Tipsword; his great grandchildren, Conner Pickering, Shelby Pickering, Robbie, Landon, Vivian Trotter, Logan Kuehn, James, Keegan, Gavin, Aidan Carson, Alex Tipsword-Mosman, Rachel Tipsword, Liam Tipsword, Grayson Tipsword, Cameryn Tipsword-DeGrande and Kaiden Tipsword-DeGrande; and his sisters-in-law, Marietta Tipsword of Noonan, Georgia Tipsword and Jean Tipsword of Charleston.
