He was predeceased by: his daughter Heather Creek-Hopkins; and his parents, Geraldine Creek and Robert A. Creek Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Roberta J Creek of Charleston; his children, Jennifer Creek of Charleston and Justice Creek (Melissa Pitts) of Chicago; his brothers, George Creek of St. Joseph and Thomas Creek of Indiana; and his sisters-in-law, Beth Creek and Julie Creek. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Charleston VFW post 1592.
