We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2018, at the age of 94, Margaret L Lowell (Charleston, Illinois), born in Kalamazoo, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Luther; and her sons, Tom Lowell and Dave Lowell. She is survived by: her parent Letha Johnston (Stanley); her spouse Walter Smith Lowell; her children, Judy Hogan (Jerry) of Pewaukee, Wisconsin, Jim Lowell (Mary) of LaCrescent and Chuck Lowell (Ronda) of Charleston; her daughters-in-law, Rita Lowell of Orlando and Char Lowell of Raleigh; and her friend Jeannette Shannon.
It is requested that in lieu of flowers, donations in her honor be made to the EIU Foundation – Margaret and Walt Lowell Voluntary Service Scholarship.
