It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Elizabeth Floyd of Charleston, Illinois, who passed away on February 14, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Leslie and Edith McEndree Powell; her spouse Thomas William Floyd; and her sisters, Lenora Thompson and Julia Blair.
She is survived by: her children, Edith Floyd of Charleston, IL, Ruth Boardman (Mark) of Charleston, IL, Julia Kirby (Grant) of Fishersville, VA and John Floyd (Tricia Dye) of Charleston, IL; her grandchildren, Ryan Coffey (Shay) of Englewood, FL, Andrew Coffey (Shanaé) of Charleston, IL, Amy Heiny (Brad) of Indianapolis, IN, Steven Kirby of Annapolis, MD, Katlyn Kirby of Alexandria, VA, Joshua Meers (Savannah) of Charleston, IL, Brenna Kirby of Odenton, MD, Mackenzie Kirby of Fishersville, VA, Jacob Floyd of Charleston, IL and Emma Floyd of Charleston, IL; and also, Lilith Danner, Brielle Coffey, Logan Heiny, Lyla Heiny and Claire Coffey.
