He was predeceased by: his parent William Thomas; and his half-siblings, Jim, Robert, Hubert Phipps and Sara Jean Phipps.
He is survived by: his parent Minda Jean Irby (Pinnell); his children, Angela Kay Coffey (Chris) of Bushton and Jason Thomas Irby (Tammy) of East Prairie, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Kamae Rose Coffey, Karly Beth Coffey, Drew Thomas Irby, Taryn Marie Irby and Ravin Matheson.
It is requested that donations in his honor be made to the Bushton Christian Church or to the Peace Meal Senior Nutrition Program.
