He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Hank and Nora Margaret Malone (Fairbanks); his wife Delores Smith; his children, David Malone and Joyce McGee; and his sons-in-law, Kevin E. Davis and Hank McGee.
He is survived by: his children, John "Rick" Malone, Connie L. Davis, Glenda Durbin, Mike Malone and Robbie E. Malone. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
