He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Holliday and Susie Ladell Holliday (Carter); and his brother William Richard Holliday. He is survived by: his cousins, Joe Reese of Ottawa, Donna Norris of Mississippi, Betsy Morrison of Memphis, Tennessee., Mary Margaret of Memphis, Tennessee. and Kenny Trotter of Memphis, Tennessee..
