She was predeceased by: her parents, George Temple and Martha M. Temple (Reynolds); her husband Arthur A. Jewell; and her half-sisters, Patti Bishop and Jeane Gilmore.

She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle D. Eubank (Eddie) of Charleston, IL and Christy Henson (Matt) of Arcola, IL; her grandchildren, Jordan Eubank, Trevor Eubank and Jayden Henson-Stice; her sister Cheryl Yount (Gregory) of Mattoon, IL; her close friends, Patty Bell, Paula Williams and Diana Groff; and her cousin Diana Groff.
