Bough of Charleston, Illinois, born in Ashmore, Illinois, who passed away on September 13, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bough and Ruby Woodyard Bough; and his brothers, Jerry and Johnny Bough. He is survived by: his wife Janet Scribner; his children, David Michael (Carol), Diana Marie (Randy Dunn), Darrell Mark (Chris) and Denise Michele (Mark O'Dell); his grandchildren, Krista Bough (Steve Fehrenbacher), Kimberly Bough, Scott Dunn (Courtney), Sean Dunn (Zoey Tran), Kelly Dunn (Jake McDonald), Katy Dunn, Jacob Bough (Justin Berry), Cierra Bough (Bob Nelson), Brittany O'Dell (Aaron Massa), Megan O'Dell and Allyson O'Dell (Armando Alanis); his great grandchildren, Mia Fehrenbacher, Lane, Rhett McDonald, Levi Rohr, Lucille, Maggie Massa, Ella Dunn, Owen Dunn and Walker Nelson; and his sister Linda Chambliss.

In lieu of flowers, the family would request that donations be made to Willow Breeze Hospice House, 1004 Health Center Dr. Suite 202, Mattoon, IL 61920, Paul McVeigh VFW Post #1592, 1821 20th St., Charleston, IL 61920, or a charity of donor's choice.
