He was predeceased by: his parents, Rowe Poulter and Bessie Poulter; his siblings, Harley Poulter, Mary Jane, Jean, Helen, Louise and Jay Poulter; his nieces, Mary Moreno and Pam Poulter; and his nephew Jim Poulter.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Lynn Graves, Jewel Byrum, Lana Lee, Olin Harley "Bub" Cline, Kenny Poulter and Bud Decker.
