She was predeceased by: her parent Harold P. Waller; and her sisters, Martha Jean Riggs and Mary Helen Conder. She is survived by: her parent Hazel Waller (Jones); her spouse Murray Choate; her grandchildren, Aden, Isaac, Simon and Hannah Choate; and her brothers, Richard Waller (Lois) of Evansville and Phillip Waller (Joyce). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
