She was predeceased by: her parents, Gail Dean and Charlotte White (Payne); and her stepfather Ron Butler. She is survived by: her husband Terry Waggoner of Charleston, IL; her siblings, Gail Dean White Jr. (Teresa) of Cowden, IL, Dave White (Karen) of Neoga, IL and Keith Butler (Ashley) of Mulberry Grove, IL; her siblings-in-law, Darrell Waggoner (Cora Mae Glick) of Peoria, IL, Keith Waggoner (Angie) of Mattoon, IL and Dorothy Waggoner of Charleston, IL; and her niece Brandy Waggoner of Charleston, IL. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
