She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Bumpus and Beaulah Bumpus (Story); her husband Carl E. Furry; her sister Wanda Furry; and her siblings-in-law, William "Bill" Furry, Betty Newby, Elaine Bumpus, Bob Newby and Charles Carter.

She is survived by: her sons, Duane Furry (Carol) of Charleston, Keith Furry (Ruth) of Mattoon and Brian Furry (Rebecca) of Charleston; her grandchildren, April Hutchcraft, Amber Furry, Dustin Furry (Brandi), Hollie Baltzel (Dennis), Linze Niemeyer (Curt), Landon Furry, Jamie Johnson, Nicholas Gates (Candace), Bryant Furry (Micah Siebert), Brandon Furry, Brent Furry and Blake Furryand (Taylor); her brother Martin Bumpus; her sisters-in-law, Elsie Carter and Julia Furry; and her son Warehouse. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
