She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Hood and Pearl Myers Hood; her husband Harlan Thomason; her close friend Charlie Markello; her siblings, Mary Swartz, John, Levi, Lewis, LeRoy and Russell Hood; her granddaughter Sharina Ruth Thomason; and her daughter-in-law Darla Thomason.
She is survived by: her sons, Melvin Thomason (Mindy) and Jess Thomason; her siblings, Edwin Hood of Kansas and Clara Decker of Houston, MO; her grandchildren, Keith Thomason (Jill), Tonya Thomason, Michael Christopher Thomason, Jestun Thomason, Jeremiah Thomason (Amber) and Shyanna Rose Thomason; and her great grandchildren, Abbie Renee Thomason, Konrad Keith Thomason and Iryna Kay Thomason. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
