She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd E. Simmons and Iva Maude Simmons (Prosise); her husband Wayne D. Cox; her daughter Lella Schaaf; her daughter-in-law Jane Cox; and her brother Larry Simmons.
She is survived by: her son Wayne G Cox; her granddaughters, Jayna Menser (Gabe), Rachel Schwartz (Danny), Kendra Jones (Zeb) and Hilary Donley (Michael); her great grandchildren, Alesia (Devon), Mackenzie (Blake), Deece (Hadley), Jade, Kayla, Drew, Zoey, Kaden, Venice and Karlee; her great great grandchildren, Jax and Braelee; and her siblings, Stan, Jim Simmons and Jennie Littrell (Joe). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
