He is survived by: his children, Scott Cutler (Deana) of Stewardson, IL, Elizabeth "Beth" Cutler Perry (Kyle) of Charleston, IL and Alexandra "Alex" Cutler of Kincaid, IL; his mother Ilene Warfel (Dean) of Findlay, IL; his siblings, Robert Cutler (Rhonda) of Findlay, IL, Sandy Hedderman (Jim) of Oconee, IL and Pam Krutsinger of Pana, IL; and his grandchildren, Mackenzi Webb, Jake Perry, Carsen Perry, Camden Perry, Paige Harris, Maverik Cutler and Adam Finks.
Memorials may be given to Sarah Bush Lincoln Regional Cancer Center.
