He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lester Handley and Evelyn Pearl Beasley Handley; and his siblings, Ruth Anna Handley and Neil Handley. He is survived by: his brothers, Paul Handley (Josephine) of Casey, IL and Donald Handley (Marie) of Casey, IL; and his sister-in-law Barbara Handley of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and great nephews and nieces.
